For the last three trimesters we have worked with DSST Cole High School by taking on students who are interested in graphic design and the process of art creation and installation. Our latest “graduate” of the Ink Monstr internship program not only worked on design, but took to social media to show just how design can be implemented and publicly used. Huge shout out to Raizel and her ability to not only do a fantastic job on her project, but also for putting up with the entire Ink Monstr team.
From design to execution, Raizel completed a great project and we were able to enjoy seeing her passion for film and design grow.
Raizel did an incredible job of creating two separate SnapChat filters: one to be permanently used on school property as a “Community Filter”, any time a student snaps on school property her work will be an option to showcase school pride and that moment in a student’s life. Her second filter was applied as an event or Promoted filter, running for a short span of hours during the DSST Internship Showcase. Raizel worked through the SnapChat approval process and guidelines to ensure her filter was tasteful, fit into size restrictions and was ideal for use by not obstructing too much of the photo space.
From everyone at Ink Monstr, thank you Raizel for a killer semester!
